At the outset, Mr. Tulsi Dass, ASO, RBIPMT Hospital places on record status report on behalf of the Respondent/MCD. A copy of the same has also been supplied to the learned counsel for the petitioner. Therefore, the directions of this Tribunal passed in the captioned OA have been substantially complied with.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty in accordance with law.

Accordingly, we close the present Contempt Petition, of course, with a liberty to the petitioner to take recourse to the appropriate remedy in accordance with law, if any of his grievances still survive. Notices stand discharged.
