Judgment
It is informed by the learned counsels for the parties that in pursuance of the directions of this Tribunal, the dossier of the petitioner has been received by the concerned MCD, i.e., South Delhi Municipal Corporation and the said Corporation is processing the matter further.
Mrs. Anupama Bansal, learned counsel for the respondent no. 1 informs that the full compliance is likely to take further four weeks’ time. Under the instructions, she assures that the directions of this Tribunal shall fully be complied with within further four weeks.
In view of the aforesaid statement, the present CP is closed. Notices are discharged. However, the petitioner shall be at liberty to revive the Contempt Petition by filing an appropriate application, if the aforesaid undertaking of the respondents is not given effect to.
