Terms and Conditions

CourtKutchehry provides access to Indian judgments and tools for legal research, including AI-assisted answers, summaries and related-case discovery. By using the service, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into an agreement to create an account or make a purchase.

Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials and notify support of suspected unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity you authorise through your account. Do not use the service unlawfully, infringe others’ rights, bypass access controls, interfere with its operation or conduct automated extraction that disrupts or abuses the service.

Only submit information you are entitled to use. Do not upload or enter confidential or personal information without the necessary authority. We may restrict access to investigate abuse or security concerns, or where required by law.

The service supports research and does not create an advocate–client relationship or replace advice from a qualified legal professional. AI responses can be incomplete or incorrect. Verify judgments, citations, quotations and legal propositions against authoritative sources before relying on them.

Coverage, availability and accuracy can vary. Demonstrations and illustrative previews describe features and are not legal advice or a guarantee of a particular research result. Court records may be corrected or updated by their issuing authorities.

The price, validity, included credits and applicable taxes displayed at checkout govern your purchase. Payments are processed through Razorpay. Access and credits are provided after payment confirmation. Keep your order reference and contact support if payment is debited without fulfilment.

Current plans and credit packs are one-off purchases and do not automatically renew. AI use may consume credits at the rates disclosed by the service. Included credits expire at the end of each membership month; purchased top-up credits carry forward indefinitely until consumed and require an active membership to use. Future subscription features, if offered, will be subject to the terms disclosed at signup or checkout and any required authorisation.

Our Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how to raise payment issues and request a refund. Changes to published prices or plans do not retroactively change the purchase terms recorded for an existing order.

CourtKutchehry’s branding, software, design and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Underlying judgments and third-party materials remain subject to their own legal status and applicable rights. These terms do not claim exclusive ownership of public court judgments.

You retain rights you hold in information you submit. You permit us and our service providers to process that information as necessary to provide the requested features, as described in the Privacy Policy. Your use of downloaded or generated material must comply with applicable law and any relevant third-party rights.

We may maintain, update or change the service, and interruptions can occur. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every result will meet a particular purpose. Contact support about problems affecting purchased access so that we can investigate and apply the Refund and Cancellation Policy where appropriate.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, CourtKutchehry is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service or reliance on unverified research output. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

External websites and retailers operate under their own terms. A link does not make CourtKutchehry responsible for their content, availability, transactions or delivery. Purchases from an external retailer are made with that retailer.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to applicable consumer protections. Contact support first about a concern so we can attempt to resolve it. This does not limit your right to approach a competent court, consumer forum or other authority.

We may revise these terms as the service changes. Updated terms will be published here, with notice or consent where required. The terms disclosed when you purchase continue to govern that purchase unless a change is agreed or required by law.
