ORDER (Oral)

Hon’ble Mr. R. N. Singh, Member (J):

It is not in dispute that the directions of this Tribunal in the aforesaid O.A. have been complied with. However, Shri N.S. Dalal, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the respondents have taken more time than what was stipulated for compliance of the directions of this Tribunal passed in the aforesaid OA.

Shri J.P. Tiwari, learned counsel for the respondents, submits that the delay in compliance was not willful but on account of administrative reasons.

In the facts and circumstances, the CP is closed. Notices are discharged. Petitioner will be at liberty to raise his grievance, if any, still survives, in accordance with law.
