Hon’ble Mr. Pradeep Kumar, Member (A):

The OA was disposed of vide Order dated 20.02.2020. The respondents were directed to pass an order within a period of 60 days. Since, the directions were not complete with, the petitioner has preferred the instant CP. While the CP was being prosecuted, the respondents have submitted the compliance affidavit wherein a copy of the order dated 13.10.2020 has been filed.

The applicant, however, pleads that even while there has been delay in passing these directions, the directions by the Tribunal have also not been complied with.

Matter has been heard. Learned counsel Sh. Pradeep Kumar represented the applicant and learned counsel Sh. Vijender Singh represented the respondents.

The Tribunal finds that the respondents have substantially complied with the directions of the Tribunal. Accordingly, CP does not survive. The same is accordingly dismissed and the notices are discharged.

Applicant, however, has liberty to file an OA if he is aggrieved with the order passed by the respondent of 13.10.2020.
