By Hon’ble Mr. R. N. Singh, Member (J)

In the present C.P., willful defiance of the directions of the Tribunal contained in order dated 03.12.2025 is alleged. Paras 4 and 5 of the said order read as under:-

“4.

In the facts and circumstances, with the consent of the learned counsels for the parties and without going into the merits of the case, the present O.A. is disposed of with the direction to the competent authority amongst the respondents to consider the applicant’s aforesaid pending representations and/or appeals and to dispose of the same by passing a reasoned and speaking order as expeditiously as possible, and preferably within four weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.

5.

The O.A. stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms. The associated M.A. also stands disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.”

2.

Today, Mr Yadav, learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the directions of the Tribunal have since been complied with inasmuch as the respondents have passed necessary appellate order dated 24.10.2026. He has placed on record a copy of such order, after supplying a copy thereof to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3.

We have gone through the same. We are satisfied with the compliance made by the respondents.

4.

Accordingly, C.P. is closed. Notices are discharged. However, the petitioner shall be at liberty to agitate his surviving grievances, if any, afresh in accordance with law.
