In the present C.P., willful defiance of the directions of the Tribunal contained in order dated 23.02.2026 is alleged. Paras 5 to 8 of the said order read as under:-

“5.

Heard with consent. We have considered the matter. In view of above submissions and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, we deem it just and proper that principles of natural justice would be met and hereby direct competent authority amongst the respondents to consider and decide the applicants’ pending representation dated 26.08.2025 (Annexure A-8 colly) by passing a reasoned and speaking order within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of the order passed today and communicate the same to the applicant at earliest possible date.

6.

Needless to say, we have not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case and respondents are free to decide the pending representation dated 26.08.2025 (Annexure A-8 colly) by passing a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law.

7.

The direction to decide the pending representation is without prejudice to contention of the learned counsel appearing for the respondents on issue of limitation.

8.

In view whereof, present O.A. stands disposed of at admission stage itself in above indicated terms.”

2.

Pursuant to notice in the C.P., the respondents have filed compliance affidavit enclosing therewith an order dated 25.08.2026 stated to be a reasoned and speaking order in compliance of aforesaid directions of the Tribunal.

3.

We have gone through the same. We find sufficient compliance.

4.

Accordingly, the C.P. is closed. Notices are discharged.

5.

The petitioner shall be at liberty to agitate his surviving grievances, if any, afresh in accordance with law.
