Judgment
Hon’ble Mr. R.N. Singh, Member (J):
The present CP has been filed seeking wilful defiance of direction of this Tribunal in Order /Judgment dated 03.11.2020 in OA No. 780/2020. The operative portion of the Order/Judgment reads as under:-
“8.In view of the aforesaid, without going into the claim of the applicant, the present OA is disposed of with a direction to Respondents No. 1 and 2 to consider the applicant’s aforesaid representation dated 21.05.2019 (Annexure A-1) and to dispose of the same by passing reasoned and speaking order as expeditiously as possible and in any case within 10 weeks of receipt of copy of this order.
9.OA is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. Pending MAs also stand disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.”
Pursuant to the notice from this Tribunal, the respondents have filed a compliance affidavit enclosing therewith a speaking order dated 18.08.2021. With the assistance of the said compliance affidavit, Ms. Sriparna Chatterjee, learned counsel for the respondents submits that the directions of this Tribunal have fully been complied with.
We have perused the pleadings on record and we are satisfied that the respondents have substantially complied with the aforesaid directions of this Tribunal. Accordingly, the CP is closed. Notices are discharged.
