We have noticed that Respondents have not appeared before the Authority in certain other cases. The Counsel for the Complainant confirms that the address of the Respondents is correct. Notice be issued to Respondents at the address given in the complaint and also other address which Complainant may submit on affidavit.
Respondents to file reply by 15.06.2022 with copy served on the Complainant. The Complainant may file rejoinder, if any, by 30.06.2022 with copy served to the Respondents.
The notice may also be given to the Counsel for the Complainant for ‘Dasti Service’ on the Respondents. He shall file an affidavit of service after the notice is served.
