Mr. R. N. Singh, Member (J) :-

At the outset, learned counsel for the parties submit that in compliance of direction of this Tribunal, the respondents have passed an order. However, learned counsel for petitioners submits that order so passed by the respondents is not in accordance with the relevant rules and law on the subject.

In view of the fact that the respondents have passed the order in pursuance of direction of this Tribunal, we are of the considered view that substantial compliance of directions of this Tribunal has been made.

Accordingly, CP is closed. Notices are discharged. However, the petitioners shall be at liberty to challenge the orders so passed by the respondents in accordance with the law.
