At the outset, learned counsels for the parties submit that necessary orders in compliance of the directions of this Tribunal in the aforesaid OA, have been passed. Learned counsel for the respondent no.1 & 2 submits that a copy of such order has been filed with the Registry. The same is not on record. Registry is directed to locate the same and place it on record.

In view of aforesaid, the present CP is closed. Notices are discharged. However, it is hoped and expected that the respondents will accord all the benefits accrued to the applicants in view of the respondents’ order dated 17.11.2020 passed in compliance of the directions of this Tribunal.
