Hon’ble Mr. R. N. Singh, Member (J):
It is not in dispute that in compliance of the directions of this Tribunal in the aforesaid OA, the respondents have passed a detailed speaking and reasoned order dated 03.08.2021. Sh. Manjeet Singh Reen, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present CP may be closed, however, with liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedies against said order dated 03.08.2021, in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the Contempt Petition is closed. Notices are discharged. However, the petitioner shall have the liberty, in accordance with law.
