Hon’ble Mr. R. N. Singh, Member (J):
At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the pursuant to the directions of this Tribunal in the aforesaid OA, the respondents have passed the Order dated 11.03.2021. He submits that the present petition may be closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the same in accordance with law.
In view of aforesaid, the present CP is closed. Notices are discharged. However, the petitioner shall be at liberty to take legal remedy in accordance with law.
