Hon’ble Mr. R.N. Singh, Member (A):
At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of the directions of this Tribunal in the aforesaid OA, the respondents have passed an order dated 01.03.2021. However, he submits that the petitioner is not satisfied with the said order. Learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner seeks liberty to challenge the same in original proceedings, if required and so advised.

In view of the aforesaid, the CP is closed. Notices are discharged, with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 01.03.2021, if so advised.
