Hon’ble Mr. R. N. Singh, Member (J):
At the outset, Shri Manjeet Singh Reen, learned counsel for the applicant submits that in compliance of the directions of this Tribunal passed in the aforesaid OA, the respondents have passed a speaking order dated 25.03.2021 and in view of the said order, the present CP may be closed, however, liberty may be granted to the petitioner to challenge the said order in accordance with law, if so advised.

In view of the aforesaid, the present CP is closed. Notices are discharged. However, it is made clear that the petitioner shall be at liberty to challenge the order dated 25.03.2021, in accordance with law, if so advised.
