Hon’ble Mr. R.N. Singh, Member (J):

The present CP has been filed alleging willful defiance of the directions of this Tribunal in order/judgment dated 24.11.2020. The Respondents have filed an affidavit on 17.03.2021 enclosing therewith an order dated 11.03.2021 (Annexure CA-1). The said order is in pursuant to the directions of this Tribunal.

We have heard the Counsels for the parties and we have perused the records of this Tribunal. We find substantial compliance of the directions of this Tribunal. Accordingly the C.P. is closed. Notices are discharged. However, the applicant shall be at liberty to challenge the order dated 11.03.2021 referred to herein above, in accordance with law, if so advised.
