Hon’ble Mr. R.N. Singh, Member (J):

The present Contempt Petition has been filed alleging non compliance/willful defiance of the directions of this Tribunal in order/judgment dated 13.12.2019 (Annexure A-1). The operative part of the order reads as under:-

“3.

Respondents are hereby directed to consider and pass necessary orders on the representations of the applicant dated 24.01.2019 and 24.09.2019 within a period of two months of receipt of this order. The OA is accordingly disposed of.”

In pursuance of the notice from this Tribunal, the respondents have filed an affidavit along with an order dated 03.12.2020 (Annexure R-1), purported to be in compliance of this Tribunal.

We have heard learned counsels for the parties and perused the pleadings on record. We are satisfied that substantial compliance of the directions of this Tribunal has been made by the respondents.

In view of aforesaid, the present CP is closed. Notices issued to the respondents are discharged. However, the petitioner shall be at liberty to agitate his grievances, if any, in accordance with law, if so advised.
