The present Contempt Petition (CP) alleges willful disobedience of the directions of this Tribunal in the captioned OA.
Pursuant to the notice the respondents have filed an affidavit of compliance.
We have gone through the contents of the affidavits filed by the respondents. We are of the considered view that the directions of this Tribunal passed in the captioned OA have been substantially complied with. If the grievance of the petitioner still survives, the same could be agitated through an appropriate legal remedy.
Accordingly, we close the present Contempt Petition, of course, with a liberty to the petitioner to take recourse to the appropriate remedy in accordance with law, if any of his grievances still survive. Notices stand discharged.
No order as to costs.
