Hon’ble Mr. R.N. Singh, Member (J):

The present Contempt Petition has been filed alleging non compliance/willful defiance of the directions of this Tribunal in order/judgment dated 11.12.2019 (Annexure CP-1).

In pursuance of the notice from this Tribunal, the respondents have filed the compliance affidavit including therewith order dated 31.12.2020, purported to be in compliance with the directions of this Tribunal.

We have heard learned counsels for the parties and perused the pleadings on record. We are satisfied that substantial compliance of the directions of this Tribunal has been made by the respondents. However, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order passed by the respondents is not in accordance with law.

In view of aforesaid, the present CP is closed. Notices issued to the respondents are discharged. However, the petitioner shall be at liberty to challenge the order dated 30.12.2020 passed by the respondents in accordance with law, if so advised. No costs.
