Heard Mr. Mohd. Adnan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Raparthi Venkatesh, learned standing counsel for GHMC, appearing for respondent Nos.2 to 4.

2.

Learned standing counsel for GHMC submitted that respondent authorities would consider the complaint of the petitioner dated 22.07.2026 regarding illegal construction made by respondent No.5 on the subject property, and pass orders, in accordance with law.

3.

Recording the aforesaid submission of learned standing counsel for GHMC, without going into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of, directing respondent Nos.3 and 4, concerned Deputy Commissioner, GHMC, as the case may be, to consider the representation dated 22.07.2026 of the petitioner regarding illegal construction made by respondent No.5 on the property bearing H.No.20-5-151, Rooplal Bazar, Shah Ali Banda, Hyderabad, and pass orders, in accordance with law, by issuing notice to the petitioner, respondent No.5 and all other concerned/interested persons, by affording opportunity of hearing to them, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Further, respondent authorities are directed to forthwith seal the unauthorized construction if any made on the subject property.

4.

As this order is passed without entering into the merits, notice to respondent No.5 is dispensed with. If respondent No.5 is in any way aggrieved by this order, he is at liberty to approach this Court seeking modification of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
