Judgment
Heard Mr. M.A. Basith, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. M. Arun Kumar, learned standing counsel for GHMC for respondent Nos.2 to 4.
Learned standing counsel for GHMC submitted that respondent authorities would consider the representation dated 28.07.2026 of the petitioner regarding alleged illegal construction and encroachment made by respondent Nos.5 and 6 on the subject property and pass orders in accordance with law.
Recording the aforesaid submission of learned standing counsel for GHMC, without going into the merits of the case, writ petition is disposed of, directing respondent No.3 to consider the representation dated 28.07.2026 of the petitioner regarding illegal construction and encroachment made by respondent Nos.5 and 6 on the property bearing H.No.8-1-523/171, Plot No.171 admeasuring 311 square yards in Survey No.75/1 situated at Brindavan Colony, Tolichowki, Hyderabad, and pass orders, in accordance with law, by issuing notice to the petitioner, respondent Nos.5 and 6 and all other concerned/interested persons, by affording opportunity of hearing to the all parties, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
As this order is passed without entering into the merits, notice to respondent Nos.5 and 6 is dispensed with. If respondent Nos.5 and 6 are in anyway aggrieved by this order, they are liberty to approach this Court seeking modification of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in the writ petition stand closed.
