Judgment
Heard Mr. Habeeb Abubakar Alhamed, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. M. Arun Kumar, learned standing counsel for GHMC for respondent Nos.2 to 5.
Learned standing counsel for GHMC submitted that respondent authorities would consider the representation dated 10.04.2026 of the petitioner regarding alleged encroachment made by respondent No.6 on the footpath thereby obstructing petitioner’s ingress and egress to the subject property, and pass orders, in accordance with law.
Recording the aforesaid submission of learned standing counsel for GHMC, without going into the merits of the case, writ petition is disposed of, directing respondent Nos.3 and 4, as the case may be, to consider the representation dated 10.04.2026 of the petitioner regarding encroachment made by respondent No.6 on the footpath and obstructing petitioner's ingress and egress to his property bearing Municipal No.11-4-731, Bazarghat, Hyderabad, and pass orders, in accordance with law, by issuing notice to the petitioner, respondent No.6 and all other concerned/interested persons, by affording opportunity of hearing to the all parties, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
As this order is passed without entering into the merits, notice to respondent No.6 is dispensed with. If respondent No.6 is in anyway aggrieved by this order, he is at liberty to approach this Court seeking modification of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in the writ petition stand closed.
