Judgment
Heard Mr. Habeeb Abubakar Alhamed, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Midde Arun Kumar, learned standing counsel for Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC), appearing for respondent Nos.2 to 4.
Learned standing counsel for GHMC submitted that respondent authorities would consider representation dated 01.09.2026 of the petitioner regarding alleged unauthorized construction made by respondent No.5 on the subject property and pass orders in accordance with law.
Recording the aforesaid submission of learned standing counsel for GHMC, without going into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of, directing respondent No.3, to consider representation dated 01.09.2026 of the petitioner regarding unauthorized construction made by respondent No.5 on the property bearing H.No.10-1-88, Masab Tank Lanes, Saifabad, Hyderabad, and pass orders, in accordance with law, by issuing notice to the petitioner, respondent No.5 and all other concerned/interested persons, by affording opportunity of hearing to them, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
As this order is passed without entering into the merits, notice to respondent No.5 is dispensed with. If respondent No.5 is in any way aggrieved by this order, she is at liberty to approach this Court seeking modification of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in the writ petition stand closed.
