Judgment
Hon’ble Mr. R.N. Singh, Member (J):
Learned counsel for the applicants, at the outset submits that during pendency of the OA, certain reliefs which the applicants have sought vide present OA have already been granted by the respondents vide their order dated 19.03.2020. However, he submits that the applicants are entitled for all the reliefs as sought by them in the present OA and the order dated 19.03.2021 is result of non application of mind at the end of the respondents.
In view of the aforesaid, learned counsel for the applicants seeks permission to withdraw the present OA with liberty to file a fresh OA, if so advised, in accordance with law.
Permission is granted. The OA is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as aforesaid. Pending MA also stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
