Shri Ashok Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the applicant and Shri M.K. Sharma holding brief of Shri Chakrapani Vatsyayan, learned counsel for the respondents are present.

During the argument, learned counsel for the applicant submits that inadvertently he has not challenged the impugned order dated 12.04.2019 in the original application. Accordingly, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw this Dy. No.2100 with liberty to file a fresh OA. Prayer is allowed.
