ORDER
Ms. Pragya Pandey, learned counsel for the applicant and Shri Chakrapani Vatsyayan, on behalf of Shri Kamleshwar Singh, learned counsel for the respondents, are present.

Ms. Pragya Pandey, learned counsel for the applicant submits that on account of certain developments and to address certain infirmities, she wishes to withdraw this original application so that she may file a fresh better drafted O.A.
