Heard Shri Anuj Bajpai, learned counsel for the applicant and Shri Chakrapani Vatsyayan, learned counsel for the respondents.

After arguing for some times the learned counsel for the applicant submits that there are certain typographical errors in the OA. He seeks permissions to withdraw the present OA with liberty to file fresh better drafted OA.

In view of the above submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant, the OA is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the applicant to file fresh better drafted OA, if he so desires. No costs.
