O R D E R
Vide MA No. 4308/23, the applicant seek to withdraw the Original Application No. 1947/23. It is stated in the MA that the applicant does not wish to press this OA and seeks its withdrawal with liberty to file fresh OA with better particulars. Learned counsel for the respondents does not object the same. Accordingly, the MA No. 4308/23 is allowed and the OA No. 1947/23 is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the applicant to file fresh OA. All the associated MAs shall also stand disposed off.

It is made clear that this order will not extend the period of limitation, if any.
