Hon’ble Mr. R. N. Singh, Member (J):
MA No.2649/2020 has been filed seeking amendment in view of the certain developments made during the pendency of the OA.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the applicants seeks permission to withdraw the present MA as well as the OA, with liberty to the applicants to file a fresh OA. Permission is granted. The MA and OA stand dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to the applicants to file a fresh OA, in accordance with law.
Other pending MAs also stand disposed of accordingly.
