Hon’ble Mr. R. N. Singh, Member (J):
In the present OA, the applicants, four in number, have challenged the orders dated 17.10.2019, 31.10.2019 and 1.11.2019 (Annexure A/1 (Colly.)) passed by the respondent no.3.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the applicants seeks permission to withdraw the present OA with liberty in accordance with law. Permission is granted.

The OA stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty in accordance with law. Pending MA stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
