Hon’ble Mr. R.N. Singh, Member (J):

In the present OA, the applicant has prayed for directions to the respondents to dispose of his representation (Annexure A-1 colly). However, after arguing for some time, learned counsel for the applicant, Sh. Pushpinder Yadav seeks permission to withdraw the OA with liberty to the applicant to make appropriate comprehensive representation to the competent authority for redressal of their grievances.

Permission is granted. OA stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid. Pending MA also stands disposed of accordingly.
