Justice L. Narasimha Reddy:

MA No.1012/2021

It is stated that the sole applicant in the OA has died and this Application is filed with a prayer to bring the legal representatives of the deceased applicant on record. There is no serious opposition to the MA.

MA stands allowed and the legal representatives of the applicant are brought on record, for the limited purpose of adjudication of the OA.

MA No.730/2021 is filed with a prayer to permit the Legal Representatives of the deceased applicant to withdraw the OA.

In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, permission is accorded and the OA is dismissed as withdrawn. M.A. stands disposed of. There shall be no orders as to costs. Pending MA shall stand disposed of.
