Judgment
ORDER
By Hon'ble Justice Mrs. Vijay Lakshmi, Member (J) This case has been taken up today as a mentioned case.
Shri Vinod Kumar, learned counsel for the applicants is present in court. As this case has been listed today by means of Suppl list on the mention of learned counsel for the applicant, no one has appeared on behalf of the respondents.
Learned counsel for the applicants has submitted that the applicants do not want to pursue this case any further because the cause of action does not survive and the OA may be dismissed as withdrawn. .
In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the applicants, OA is dismissed as withdrawn. All the Misc. Applications, if pending in the present OA, are also dismissed.
Learned counsel for the applicants is directed to inform learned counsel for the respondents about withdrawal of the OA.
There will be no order as to costs.
