Shri S.K. Singh Vashisth, ld. counsel for the applicant is present. Shri M.K. Sharma, Addl. Standing Counsel for Union of India puts his appearance for the respondents and submits that Shri G.K. Tripathi is no longer in the panel.

At the very outset, ld. counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant wishes to withdraw the instant O.A. for which he has filed a Misc. Application No. 1548 of 2022.

Ld. counsel for the respondents has no objection against the aforesaid prayer.

Accordingly, M.A. No. 1548/2022 is allowed and the O.A. is dismissed as withdrawn. Pending Misc. Applications, if any, are being dismissed as having become infructuous. No cost.
