ORDER
By Hon’ble Mr. Justice Om Prakash -VII, Member (J)
M.A. No. 3539/2022 has been filed by the learned counsel appearing for the applicant for withdrawal of the O.A.

Learned counsel for the applicant states that grievance of the applicant has already been redressed by the respondents and now he does not want to press the O.A. and the O.A. may be dismissed as withdrawn.

Learned counsel for respondents has no objection to the submissions and prayer made by the learned counsel for applicant.

In view of the above, O.A. 107/2020 is dismissed as having become infructuous. All pending MAs also stand disposed off.

No order as to costs.
