Judgment
Shri Shyamal Narain, learned counsel for the applicant, and Shri Sunil as well as Shri Chakrapani Vatsyayan, learned counsel for the respondents, are present and heard.
Vide order dated 05.09.2024, the O.A had been dismissed as withdrawn in respect of applicant no.2. Thus, the present O.A. is pending in respect of applicant no.1 only.
Learned counsel for the applicant now states that the O.A. has become infructuous with respect to applicant no.1 and prayed that the O.A. may be disposed of accordingly.
Learned counsel for the respondents did not oppose this fact.
In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the applicant, the O.A. is dismissed as having become infructuous with respect to applicant no.1.
Interim stay, if any, also stands vacated. All associated M.As. also stand disposed of. No costs.
