We have joined this Division Bench online through video conferencing.

Shri Kishore Kumar, learned counsel for the applicant and Shri R.S. Bisht, learned counsel for the respondents are present.

Vide MA No. 1454/2022, the applicant seeks to withdraw the Original Application No. 651/2019. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that on account of certain administrative developments, the applicant does not wish to pursue the present OA and seeks its withdrawal. Learned counsel for the respondents does not object the same. Accordingly, the MA No. 1454/2022 is allowed and the OA No. 651/2019 is dismissed as withdrawn. All the associated MAs shall also stand disposed off.
