Deliverd by Hon'ble Mrs. Justice Vijay Lakshmi, Member-J :

We have joined this Division Bench online through Video Conferencing.

Shri M.K. Upadhyay, Shri Rakesh Kumar Dixit, and Shri Sachin Upadhyay, ld. counsels for the applicant and Shri M.K. Sharma, ld. counsel for the respondents, all are present in court.

M.A. No. 1082/2021 is a withdrawal application, filed by the applicant in the instant OA No.351 of 2021, with prayer to permit him to withdraw this original application.

Ld. Counsel for the respondents has no objection against the withdrawal application.

In view of the above, MA No.1082/2021 is allowed. The applicant is permitted to withdraw this O.A.No.351 of 2021.

Accordingly, the original application is dismissed as withdrawn.

All the MAs pending in this OA are disposed of as being infructuous.
