Shri S.M. Abbas Naqvi, learned counsel for the applicant and Shri S.P. Pathak, learned counsel for the respondents are present.

At the outset, learned counsel for the applicant submits that O.A. no.144/2019 has since become infructuous. He has filed a Withdrawal Application no.2818/2021 to withdraw the present Original Application.

For the reasons stated in the withdrawal application, the O.A. is dismissed as withdrawn.

As the associated MAs are also disposed of accordingly.
