Shri Vats Narain, holding brief of Shri Sankalp Narain, learned counsel for the applicant and Shri Shivaji Singh, learned counsel for the respondents are present.

Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

At the outset learned counsel for the applicant pleads for withdrawing the said OA with liberty to file afresh after consultation with his client.

In view of the above, the original application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh in case the cause of action subsists.
