It is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the directions of this Tribunal in the aforesaid OA has since been complied with and he has got a copy of the order of compliance as well as a copy of the compliance affidavit. However, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that such compliance has not been done by the respondents within the time stipulated by this Tribunal in the order/judgment in the OA.
Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the respondents have tried their best to comply with the order within the stipulated period. However, in view of the prevalent pandemic Covid-19, there has been shortage of staff and in view of the administrative difficulties, the same could not be done within the stipulated time.
In the facts and circumstances, the contempt petition is closed. Notices are discharged.
