Judgment
Hon’ble Mr. R.N. Singh, Member (J):
The present Contempt Petition has been filed by the petitioners alleging wilful defiance of the directions of this Tribunal passed in the aforesaid OA.
Though compliance affidavit has not been filed, however, Shri V.S.R. Krishna, learned counsel appearing for the respondents, at the outset, submits that pursuant to the directions of this Tribunal, the respondents have passed a speaking and reasoned order dated 19.5.2021, a copy thereof has already been served upon the applicant, including the first petitioner, namely, Mr. Balwan Singh. However, Shri B.C. Nagar, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that respondents have neither filed any compliance affidavit nor they have supplied a copy of the said compliance order to him. Shri V.S.R. Krishna, learned counsel for the respondents, undertakes to supply another copy of the aforesaid order dated 19.5.2021 to Shri B.C. Nagar, learned counsel for the petitioners, within three days from today.
In view of the aforesaid, the present CP is closed. Notices are discharged.
