Justice L. Narasimha Reddy:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging that the respondents did not comply with the order dated 13.08.2020 passed by the Tribunal in OA No. 1035/2020.

2.

We heard Mr. B.S. Sharma, learned counsel for the applicants and Mr. Hanu Bhaskar & Mr. A.C. Mishra, learned counsel for the respondents.

3.

The direction in the OA was to pass a reasoned order on the representation of the applicants. It is stated that the order has since been passed and the compliance affidavit to that effect is filed.

4.

Therefore, the Contempt Case is closed, leaving it open to the applicants to workout out the remedies, in case the reasoned order is not to their satisfaction.
