Justice L. Narasimha Reddy:-

This contempt case is filed alleging that the respondents did not comply with the order dated 11.01.2018 passed by this Tribunal in OA No. 126/2018.

We heard Sh. M.K. Bhardwaj, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sh. R.K. Sharma, learned counsel for the respondents.

The direction in the OA was to consider the representation of the applicant and to take a decision in accordance with law within a period of three months. It is brought to our notice by the learned counsel for the respondents that orders in compliance with the directions of this Tribunal were passed on 06.04.2018. A copy thereof was also served upon the applicants thereafter.

With this, the order in the OA has been complied with. If the applicant is not satisfied with the order passed on 06.04.2018, it shall be open for them to pursue the remedies in accordance with law.
