Judgment
Per: SURESH KUMAR MONGA MEMBER (J):-
At the very outset, learned counsel for the applicant stated that during pendency of the Original Application, the respondents have issued an order dated 20.01.2022 stating therein that the applicant shall be allowed to continue to work at Kendriya Vidyalaya, High Grounds, Chandigarh till a vacancy arises at one of her choice places.
Learned counsel further stated that the present Original Application may be disposed of with liberty to the applicant to file a fresh Original Application to lay a challenge to respondents’ subsequent action in case she is declined the posting at her choice places.
In view of the above statement made by learned counsel for the applicant, the Original Application is disposed of with liberty as aforesaid.
