Mr. M A Shah, learned counsel for the applicant stated that the applicant is aggrieved of impugned relieving order dated 26.05.2025, whereby on the telephonic instructions of ZEO, Kishtwar, the applicant has been relieved from KGBV Kishtwar by Warden KGBV, Kishtwar.

Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant would be satisfied, at this stage, if a direction is issued to the respondents to treat a copy of this Original Application as representation of the applicant and decide the same within a time frame.

Mr. Sudesh Magotra, learned A.A.G. opposed the prayer made by the learned counsel for the applicant and prayed for sometime to file reply.

Looking to the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the applicant, we are of the view that no useful purpose would be served in keeping the Original Application pending and the same can be disposed of with direction to respondents. Accordingly, the Original Application is disposed of, at the admission stage itself, without entering into the merits of the case, with a direction to respondents to treat a copy of this Original Application as representation of the applicant, decide the same by passing a reasoned and speaking order and communicate a copy of the same to the applicant. Let this exercise be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.

Till a decision is taken on the representation of the applicant, the respondents shall not take any coercive measure to make the applicant join at her new place of posting.

No order as to costs.
