Judgment
Per: Dr. Lata Baswaraj Patne, Judicial Member.
Ld. Counsel for both sides are present and heard.
When the matter was taken up for consideration, Ld. Counsel for the applicant drew our attention to the M.A./350/0785/2026 filed for appropriate order, as well, as M.A./350/0991/2025, filed for grant of interim order.
Ld. Counsel for the applicant submits that vide order dated 16th July 2026, the applicant has again been transferred and that she is willing to join at the place of transfer. The said transfer order is annexed with M.A./350/0785/2026 and her name has been shown at the Sl. No. 20.
Ld. Counsel for the respondents submitted that though the applicant had not joined the place of transfer, however, subsequently, again she has been transferred by aforesaid fresh transfer order.
Ld. Counsel for the applicant further submitted that the applicant does not want to press the instant Original Application. Therefore, she seeks permission to withdraw the same.
Prayer is allowed.
The Original Application is accordingly dismissed with no liberty to the applicant to file afresh. All pending M.A’s are also dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
