Challenge in the Original Application is the Annexure A5 Office Order dated 22.07.2026 by which the applicant was transferred to Customs Preventive Commissionerate, Thiruvananthapuram from Customs Preventive Commissionerate, Kochi.
When the matter came up for admission on 28.07.2026, it was directed to keep Annexure A5 in abeyance till the next date of posting. Now, the learned Standing Counsel has filed M.A No.856/2026 for accepting additional document, along with Office Order dated 27.08.2026 whereunder the order of transfer of the applicant stands withdrawn. M.A is allowed. That means, the O.A has become infructuous, it is submitted.
Recording the above submission, the O.A is closed. Interim order shall stand vacated. No costs.
