Judgment
When the Original Application was taken up for consideration today, learned Standing Counsel has brought to my notice a copy of the order No.93/2022 dated 21.10.2022, whereby officers in the cadre of Inspector of Central Tax & Central Excise, Kochi Commissionerate have been transferred with immediate effect, which indicates that the applicant at Sl.No.3 stands transferred to Aluva range from the proposed range of Kattappana. This is recorded.
In the light of the above, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the OA is not pressed.
Accordingly, the Original Application is dismissed as not pressed. No costs.
