Judgment
The subject matter of this Original Application is the transfer of the applicant from Thiruvananthapuram to Nagercoil.
Now, when taken up for hearing, learned Senior Central Government Standing Counsel has taken to me a copy of the order dated 16.12.2024 cancelling the transfer order of the applicant. He has been retained at Thiruvananthapuram. That means, the O.A has become redundant. In the circumstances, the learned Counsel for the applicant also agrees that the O.A can be closed.
Recording the above submission, O.A is closed. No costs.
